Foodies!😋, here is an instant healthy and tasty snack recipe for you all. Want to try a healthy veggies fry at home , here it is. Give it a try with simple ingredients available at japan.








INGREDIENTS

  1. Tofu bar             - 1
  2. Onion                 - 1/2
  3. Broccoli             - 200 grams
  4. Mushrooms        - 130 grams
  5. Garlic                 - 4 pieces 
  6.  Tomato ketchup - 2 table spoon
  7. Soy Sauce          - 2 table spoon  
  8. Butter                 - 1 table spoon
  9. Chilli Powder     - 2 tea spoons
  10. Olive Oil             - 2 table spoons
  11. Salt

PROCEDURE

  • Chop all the vegetable[Can be of your choice]. Here i have taken Broccoli, Mushroom, Tofu and Onion.
  • Heat a pan on stove.
  • Add 2 table spoons of Olive oil, 1 tablespoon of butter and chopped garlic to it. Fry it until golden brown.
  • Add chopped Onions and fry it until golden brown.
  • Add 2 teaspoons of chilli powder, 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup, 2 table spoons of Soy sauce and salt for taste. Fry it for 2 minutes.
  • Add all the chopped vegetable of your choice. I am adding Broccoli, Mushrooms and Tofu.
  • Fry it for 2 miniutes.
  • Serve it hot
