Foodies!😋, here is an instant healthy and tasty snack recipe for you all. Want to try a healthy veggies fry at home , here it is. Give it a try with simple ingredients available at japan.INGREDIENTS
- Tofu bar - 1
- Onion - 1/2
- Broccoli - 200 grams
- Mushrooms - 130 grams
- Garlic - 4 pieces
- Tomato ketchup - 2 table spoon
- Soy Sauce - 2 table spoon
- Butter - 1 table spoon
- Chilli Powder - 2 tea spoons
- Olive Oil - 2 table spoons
- Salt
PROCEDURE

- Chop all the vegetable[Can be of your choice]. Here i have taken Broccoli, Mushroom, Tofu and Onion.
- Heat a pan on stove.
- Add 2 table spoons of Olive oil, 1 tablespoon of butter and chopped garlic to it. Fry it until golden brown.
- Add chopped Onions and fry it until golden brown.
- Add 2 teaspoons of chilli powder, 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup, 2 table spoons of Soy sauce and salt for taste. Fry it for 2 minutes.
- Add all the chopped vegetable of your choice. I am adding Broccoli, Mushrooms and Tofu.
- Fry it for 2 miniutes.
- Serve it hot
