Paneer lovers, here is a yummy and quick recipe. Lets prepare crispy paneer kebab in just 5 minutes.
Ingredients
1) Paneer - 200 grams
2) Rice Floor - 2 tablespoon
3) Corn Floor - 2 tablespoon
3) Salt - 1/2 tablespoon
4) Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tablespoon
5) Turmeric Powder -1/2 tablespoon
6) Chilli Powder - 1 tablespoon
7) Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tablespoon
8) Lemon -1/2
9) Oil to Fry
Procedure

- Cut the paneer into small cubes.
- Add Rice floor, Corn floor, Salt, Garam masala powder, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder and Ginger garlic paste into a bowl.
- Add water and mix well to bring the paste into thick consistency.
- Add lemon and mix well.
- Add paneer cubes and mix well.
- Keep the paneer for marination in refrigerator for 10 minutes.(2 hours for best results)
- Take out the marinated paneer from refrigerator and deep fry it in oil.
- Deep fry it until it turns golden brown.
- Fried curry leaves can be used for decoration.(optional)
- Tasty, crispy paneer kebab is ready to eat with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
