Crispy Paneer Kebab in 5 minutes - Pure Veg

Ingredients

1) Paneer                           - 200 grams
2) Rice Floor                     - 2 tablespoon
3) Corn Floor                    - 2 tablespoon
3) Salt                                - 1/2 tablespoon
4) Garam Masala Powder  - 1/2 tablespoon
5) Turmeric Powder           -1/2 tablespoon
6) Chilli Powder                 - 1 tablespoon
7) Ginger Garlic Paste        - 1 tablespoon
8) Lemon                            -1/2
9) Oil to Fry

Procedure

  • Cut the paneer into small cubes.
  • Add Rice floor, Corn floor, Salt, Garam masala powder, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder and Ginger garlic paste into a bowl.
  • Add water and mix well to bring the paste into thick consistency.
  • Add lemon and mix well.
  • Add paneer cubes and mix well.
  • Keep the paneer for marination in refrigerator for 10 minutes.(2 hours for best results)
  • Take out the marinated paneer from refrigerator and deep fry it in oil.
  • Deep fry it until it turns golden brown.
  • Fried curry leaves can be used for decoration.(optional)
  • Tasty, crispy paneer kebab is ready to eat with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
