Food Lovers, here is one more simple and yummy recipe. Let's prepare restaurant style yummy veg fried rice in just 5 minutes.
INGREDIENTS:
- Cooked Basmathi Rice - 1 Cup (freezed overnight)
- Spring Onions - 3 (Chopped)
- Carrot -1 (Chopped)
- Coriander leaves - few (Chopped)
- Onion -1 (Chopped)
- Cabbage - 1/4 (Chopped)
- Capsicum - 1/2 (Chopped)
- Red Chilly - 2 (Chopped)
- Tomato Sauce - 1 TableSpoon
- Vinegar - 1 TableSpoon
- Soya Sauce - 1 TableSpoon
- Green Chilly Sauce - 1 TableSpoon
- Oil - 2 TableSpoon
- Mustard - 1 TableSpoon
- Curry Leaves - 5
- Salt for taste

- Boil 1 cup of basmathi rice and freeze it for overnight to get restaurant style taste.
- Add 2 tablespoon of oil into a pan, heat it.
- Add mustard seeds and curry leaves to it, fry it for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped onions, coriander leaves, cabbage, capsicum, red chillies and carrot. Saute Well.
- Once vegetables are half cooked in oil, add salt to it.
- Add tomato sauce, vinegar, soya sauce and green chilly sauce to it. Saute well for 2 minutes.
- Now add cooked and freezed rice and mix it well..
- Garnish it with spring onions.
