Restaurant Style Fried Rice in 5 minutes - Pure Veg

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Cooked Basmathi Rice  - 1 Cup (freezed overnight)
  2. Spring Onions                - 3 (Chopped)
  3. Carrot                             -1 (Chopped)
  4. Coriander leaves            - few (Chopped)
  5. Onion                             -1 (Chopped)
  6. Cabbage                         - 1/4 (Chopped)
  7. Capsicum                       - 1/2 (Chopped)
  8. Red Chilly                      - 2 (Chopped)
  9. Tomato Sauce                 - 1 TableSpoon
  10. Vinegar                           - 1 TableSpoon
  11. Soya Sauce                     - 1 TableSpoon
  12. Green Chilly Sauce        - 1 TableSpoon
  13. Oil                                  - 2 TableSpoon
  14. Mustard                          - 1 TableSpoon
  15. Curry Leaves                  - 5
  16. Salt for taste

PROCEDURE:

  • Boil 1 cup of basmathi rice and freeze it for overnight to get restaurant style taste.
  • Add 2 tablespoon of oil into a pan, heat it.
  • Add mustard seeds and curry leaves to it, fry it for 2 minutes.
  • Add chopped onions, coriander leaves, cabbage, capsicum, red chillies and carrot. Saute Well.
  • Once vegetables are half cooked in oil, add salt to it.
  • Add tomato sauce, vinegar, soya sauce and green chilly sauce to it. Saute well for 2 minutes.
  • Now add cooked and freezed rice and mix it well..
  • Garnish it with spring onions.
Restaurant style fried rice is ready and can be served with tomato sauce.
