Raw Mango Rice || Mavinakayi Chitranna || Ugadi Special Dish

Foodies!😋, here is an South Indian recipe for you all. Want to prepare a special dish in Ugadi Festival 
, here is a yummy raw mango rice just within 10 minutes. Give it a try with simple ingredients.


INGREDIENTS

  1. Raw Mango                  - 2
  2. Groundnut seeds           - 4 Tablespoon
  3. Mustard                        - 2 Teaspoon
  4. Jeera                             - 2 Teaspoon
  5. Urad Dal                       - 2 Teaspoon 
  6. Chana Dal                     - 2 Teaspoon
  7. Green Chillies               - 6
  8. Oil                                - 6 Teaspoon
  9. Red Chillies                 - 3
  10. Salt
  11. Turmeric Powder
  12. Coriander leaves
  13. Hing
  14. Boiled Rice

PROCEDURE

  • Boil 2 cups of rice and keep it for cooling.
  • Heat a pan, add oil to it. Add mustard, jeera, urad dal, chana dal, ground nut seeds, green chillies, red chillies and hing.
  • Saute it well for 5 minutes . 
  • Add grated raw mango and turmeric powder. Saute it well for 5 minutes.
  • Lower the flame and add boiled rice.
  • Mix it well and add coriander leaves.
