Foodies!😋, here is a snack time recipe for you all. Want to try a healthy and spicy snack recipe, here is a spicy and tasty churumuri in home. Give it a try with simple ingredients.






INGREDIENTS

  1. Tomato                       - 2
  2. Onion                         - 2
  3. Cucumber                  - 1/4
  4. Lemon                       - 2
  5. Coriander leaves       - 100 gm
  6. Ground Nut               - 1 cup
  7. Cucumber                  - 1/4
  8. Puffed Rice                - 3 cup
  9. Grated coconut          - 1 cup
  10. Mixture                      - 1 cup
  11. Oil                              - 1 tea spoon
  12. Salt

PROCEDURE

  • Heat a pan, add oil and groundnuts to it, fry it until color is changed. Turn off the flame. 
  • Now add 3 cups of puffed rice, chilly powder and salt.
  • Stir well.
  • Add chopped vegetables, grated coconut and lemon juice. 
  • Add mixture to it and stir well.
