Foodies!😋, here is a snack time recipe for you all. Want to try a healthy and spicy snack recipe, here is a spicy and tasty churumuri in home. Give it a try with simple ingredients.INGREDIENTS
- Tomato - 2
- Onion - 2
- Cucumber - 1/4
- Lemon - 2
- Coriander leaves - 100 gm
- Ground Nut - 1 cup
- Cucumber - 1/4
- Puffed Rice - 3 cup
- Grated coconut - 1 cup
- Mixture - 1 cup
- Oil - 1 tea spoon
- Salt
PROCEDURE

- Heat a pan, add oil and groundnuts to it, fry it until color is changed. Turn off the flame.
- Now add 3 cups of puffed rice, chilly powder and salt.
- Stir well.
- Add chopped vegetables, grated coconut and lemon juice.
- Add mixture to it and stir well.
