Foodies!😋, here is a instant breakfast recipe for you all. Want to try a healthy breakfast in summer , here is a healthy and tasty dill(sabsige) lemon rice in home. Give it a try with simple ingredients.INGREDIENTS
- Dill Leaves - 250 gm
- Onion - 2
- Lemon - 1
- Green Chillies - 7
- Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Jeera - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Groundnut seeds - 1 cup
- Sunflower Oil - 6 teaspoon
- Boiled Rice - 1/2 kg
- Chana dal - 1 tablespoon
- Salt
PROCEDURE

- Heat a pan, add 4 teaspoon of oil.
- Add mustard, jeera and chana dal. Fry it for 3 minutes.
- Add chopped onions and green chillies. Fry it untill golden brown.
- Add dill leaves and fry it for 5 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder and salt.
- Heat a pan and add 2 teaspoon of oil. Add groundnut seeds and fry it for 5 minutes
- Now add fried groundnut seeds to it.
- Now add boiled rice and lemon juice.
- Stir it well.
