Foodies!😋, here is a instant breakfast recipe for you all. Want to try a healthy and spicy breakfast , here is a healthy and tasty vegetable Upma in home. Give it a try with simple ingredients.INGREDIENTS
- Mint Leaves - 4
- Carrot - 1
- Potato - 1
- Ginger - small piece
- Green Chillies - 4
- Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar - 4 teaspoon
- Sunflower Oil - 4 teaspoon
- Ghee - 3 teaspoon
- Bansi Rava - 1 cup
- Green Peas - 1 cup
- Salt
PROCEDURE

- Heat a pan, add 2 teaspoon of oil and 1 cup of bansi rava. Fry it for 5 minutes until golden brown. Frying is necessary to avoid stickiness of rava.
- Now keep the roasted rava aside.
- Heat a pan, add 2 teaspoon of oil, 3 teaspoon of ghee.
- Add ginger paste, mustard, green chillies and mint leaves. Fry it for 3 minutes.
- Add chopped vegetables to it and fry it for 5 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of water, turmeric powder, salt and 4 teaspoon of sugar. Boil vegetables for 10 minutes.
- Now add roasted bansi rava to it and boil it on low flame for 5 minutes.
